Scholarship Opportunities

Ten (10) – $500 scholarships will be awarded to students currently enrolled in school (5) and active licensed professionals (5). Winners will be chosen and notified by email. Scholarship funds awarded must be used within six months of being awarded.

To be eligible to apply, applicants must be:

• Milady RISE Certified in Client Well-Being & Safety (students at Milady RISE Partner schools get free access)
• Currently enrolled in school (and in good standing) OR a licensed professional currently working as a beauty/wellness professional in Cosmetology, Nail Tech, Barbering, Esthetics, or Massage.

All scholarships are funded by Milady and administered by the Professional Beauty Association Foundation. Applications will be reviewed by a committee appointed by the LBBET乐博 Chair. All scholarship awards are final.

LBBET乐博 honors Lifetime Members is through educational scholarships. These scholarships celebrate the spirit of commitment to the association, which has been demonstrated by the Lifetime Member through fostering the advancement and education of individual members.

The LBBET乐博 Lifetime Member Scholarship is made available because of the Joseph L. Weir Trust.

Shaping Futures’ mission is to empower. Born from a project in 2008, Shaping Futures has evolved into a global initiative within over 33 countries, helping teach new skill sets for participants, to be able learn a craft and support themselves. We are excited to be able to offer Shaping Futures to our future hairstylists in USA; scholarships to assist with schooling, along with support and mentorship, including continued educational seminars and trainings. Creative, compassionate, exciting, and empowered, that is the Schwarzkopf Professional way.

A total of five (5) – $2,000 recipients will be chosen.

Applicants are required to complete the application in full to be considered for this scholarship. Eligibility requirements are as follows. Student applicant must:
• A student who is currently enrolled in an accredited cosmetology program in the US resulting in a cosmetology license. Continuing education programs or students with an existing cosmetology license do not qualify.
• Be eighteen (18) years of age or older by the start date of the program at the accredited school or institution
• Be able to demonstrate a financial need
• Submit a letter of recommendation from an educator or employer.
• Be a U.S. Citizen or legal permanent resident with a valid permanent resident card or passport stamped I-551.

• Five (5) – $5,000 scholarships will be awarded. Scholarship deadline is July 31, 2024. Any unused LBBET乐博 Moroccanoil Scholarship funds will carry forward to the next scholarship period. Scholarship funds are managed by LBBET乐博/LBBET乐博 Charities.
• Recipient Eligibility:
• The scholarship recipient must be at least 18 years of age and a US citizen.
• The recipient must be a cosmetology student enrolled in a cosmetology program resulting in a cosmetology license.
• The scholarship will be forfeited if:
  • 1) the recipient fails to be enrolled in an eligible education program at the time of the award; and/or
  • 2) the recipient cannot be notified or fails to respond to the award notification; and/or
  • 3) the recipient fails to return the scholarship acceptance form within the time specified; and/or
  • 4) the recipient fails to submit proof of enrollment, costs and expenses as required.
• Application. Scholarship applicants must review these LBBET乐博 Moroccanoil Scholarship Terms, Conditions and Eligibility Rules and complete the online application link at hhgn.ngskmc-eis.net/scholarships in full by the due date. All applications become the property of LBBET乐博/LBBET乐博 CHARITIES.
• Eligible Education Programs. Cosmetology programs resulting in a cosmetology license are eligible as qualified education under the LBBET乐博 Moroccanoil Scholarship. Continuing education programs or students with an existing cosmetology license do not qualify. The LBBET乐博/LBBET乐博 Charities is the sole entity that will determine the education program’s qualification.
• Selection of Scholarship Recipients. Scholarship recipients will be selected by LBBET乐博 Charities.
• Disbursement of Scholarship Funds. Proof of enrollment, costs and expenses will be required.
  • Funds will be reimbursed directly to the school unless other arrangements are negotiated with the LBBET乐博/LBBET乐博 Charities.
  • Disbursement will occur within sixty (60) days of receipt of complete documentation. All funds are in USD.
• Interpretation of Rules. The LBBET乐博 Charities is the sole interpreter of the LBBET乐博 Moroccanoil Scholarship terms, conditions and eligibility rules. By participating, applicants agree to be bound by these rules and all decisions by the LBBET乐博/LBBET乐博 Charities are final.
• Conditions. Scholarships are subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and void where prohibited or restricted by law.
  • Recipient is solely responsible for any tax liability incurred as a result of the award. The LBBET乐博/LBBET乐博 Charities at its sole discretion may modify or suspend the scholarship program and/or may void any entries that do not comply with terms, conditions and eligibility.
  • All entries become the property of LBBET乐博/LBBET乐博 Charities and will not be returned.
  • The LBBET乐博 Charities is not responsible for internet conditions that result in failed or incomplete applications or related equipment failures or technical malfunctions.
  • The LBBET乐博/LBBET乐博 Charities will communicate with scholarship recipient to determine program benefit/outcome and obtain program feedback. All scholarship award decisions made by the LBBET乐博 Charities are final.
• Nonexclusive License. Scholarship applicant grants the LBBET乐博/LBBET乐博 Charities and a nonexclusive license to utilize:
  • member name, city/state, photo, and information submitted in scholarship application and scholarship acceptance for LBBET乐博 member recognition, education, promotion and publicity purposes and agrees to share, or participate in, photographs for publicity purposes.

Two $250 scholarships will be awarded to students currently enrolled in a cosmetology, barber or esthetics program in the US or Canada resulting in a cosmetology, barber or esthetics license.

To show their dedication to diversity, inclusivity, and bettering the lives of others, Rosy Salon Software is awarding at least half of all scholarships to minority students.

Two (2) scholarship recipients will be chosen and notified by email. Scholarship funds awarded must be used within one year of being awarded.
